The Radiant Panel Association holds a minimum of one membership meeting each year and no less than four Board of Director meetings. Individual committees may also meet on their own schedules.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Location: changes each year
Date: Early Spring
Time: Two and half days Seminars and Classes as well as Special Events and Meetings
Purpose: Provides a learning and sharing environment for the radiant industry. Seminars, presentations and classes are scheduled. Exhibitors from all parts of the industry display their products and services.

RPA BOARD of DIRECTORS MEETINGS
Location: Annual and Semiannual Association Meetings, and a two day Strategic Planning retreat
Date: spring, summer, late fall
Time: one to two days
Purpose: The board provides guidence to the committees and the RPA staff. The spring meeting general centers around committee activity. The summer retreat deals primarily with strategic planning and management. Fall meetings tend to deal with budget and finance issues for the following year.
The two day planning meeting for 2010 will be held September 30 & October 1, 2010 at the RPA Office in Liverpool, New York.
