Biography

After graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy and College in 1975, he began in the plumbing and heating trade.  In 1981, he received his Master Plumbers License in Altoona, Pennsylvania and in 1989 began his business, Brennecke Plumbing and Heating, Inc.  Since March of 1996, Jeff has been a Gold Member of the Radiant Panel Association.

Jeff holds licenses as a Master Plumber and Master Gas Fitter from the State of Virginia; Master Plumbers License for the State of West Virginia; and completed the Installer Accreditation Program from International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) in 1996.

Jeff has designed and installed radiant projects ranging from remodeled basements; to homes in excess of 13,000 square feet; to a body shop for a major east coast trucking firm.

Jeff was among the first group of association members to be certified and he currently holds an RPA Installer and an RPA Designer Certification as well as an Authorized RPA Instructor.

Jeff was elected to the RPA Board of Directors in 2004, and has been President of the RPA since July 1, 2005.

Vision Statement

The RPA educational programs and certifications have and continue to be the way of the future, with both the inspectors and the consumers looking for the RPA Certification.  The RPA education programs both futuristic and existing should have a dramatic impact on attracting new and energetic individuals into the field of radiant heat.  The “Green” movement is under way and radiant should be an important ingredient to the formula for an efficient and comfortable system.

The association must continue to be instrumental in conveying the correct information on radiant systems to the public and the installers/designers.  Still, far too many individuals claim to be experts in the field of radiant heat but do not have the qualifications or understanding of the basic concepts.  The Radiant industry should mandate that these individuals be properly trained which the RPA is on the forefront with their educational programs.

Why Vote for Me

During the past four years as a member of your Board of Directors, I have strived to make the RPA an association to which members want to belong.  Countless hours have been spent working on the board, which I have enjoyed thoroughly.  The  meeting of members has been the most rewarding.  Being an RPA Board Member has led me to board meetings from Tacoma, Washington to Dallas, Texas to Rockport, Maine  and many places in between.

Since being elected President, I have tried to ”encourage” my fellow board members to participate outside of the boardroom on committees, which in turn helps your association.  During the past three years as President, I have and will continue to encourage all members that this is your association and that everyone should participate.

Please Vote! This year has a great repertoire of candidates for three coveted positions.
